4-Stage Data Integrity Pipeline
Raw debt ledgers are extracted directly from published PDF tables and official Ministry of Finance press releases.
Rupee values are converted into USD using corresponding period-end exchange rates, and Debt-to-GDP percentages are computed using updated Department of Census & Statistics nominal GDP series.
Debt instruments are classified into Bilateral, Multilateral, Domestic Superannuation, Treasury Bills, and Commercial Sovereign Bonds (ISBs/MLBs).
All summaries and explanations are translated into Sinhala and Tamil, adhering to neutral institutional language guidelines.
